The present work investigated the effect of a teacher’s training program on teachers using Kirkpatrick’s framework techniques. The analysis assessed the success of a training program in India on key dimensions: Trainer, Training Delivery, and Training Environment, using correlation analysis and one-sample t-tests. The findings highlight the program’s strengths in organization, alignment with objectives, and environmental factors while identifying opportunities to improve interactivity, material delivery, and practical relevance. The results underscore the need for targeted enhancements to optimize training outcomes and align them with participants’ professional needs. This study demonstrates the importance of balancing logistical excellence with innovative and tailored approaches to maximize the effectiveness of training programs.
