CHALLENGES OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTORS

Abstract

The primary focus of green human resource management is to achieve the objectives like cost saving, corporate social responsibility, talent acquisition management and gaining an advantage over the competition.The main aim of this study is to find the challenges faced by the Information Technology sector while implementing Green Human Resource Management and to find the possibilities to overcome these challenges.Itconcluded that s spending high cost while implementing GHRM is the main challenges faced by the IT industries compared with other issues.To overcome the challenges of GHRM the management should conduct orientation and awareness program to the employees.
