Abstract

This study explores the transformative influence of mobile apps on brand loyalty and customer retention in the contemporary business landscape. As smartphones become ubiquitous, companies increasingly leverage mobile applications to engage and retain customers. The study delves into the ways mobile apps enhance user experience, foster brand loyalty, and contribute to long-term customer retention.
