The major goal of this research is to investigate occupational stress management at the organizational and individual levels among women working in IT sectors. This research examines the tactics and strategies used by IT organizations to manage occupational stress. Stress in the workplace affects the majority of IT personnel. Stress has a negative psychological and physical impact on IT professionals. If the effect persists, it may have a negative impact on organizational performance. IT firms have used many techniques to overcome, minimize, or lessen employee occupational stress. The management of IT firms is currently taking considerable measures to overcome or eliminate occupational stress by introducing rules and regulations, as well as other organizational initiatives.
